Terms and Conditions for J's Painting & Flooring Promotion

1. Promotion Details:
   - The 15% discount applies to labor costs only for flooring installation services.
   - Materials, including but not limited to flooring products, adhesives, and underlayment, are not included in the discount.

2. Eligibility:
   - This promotion is available to residential customers only.
   - Offer is valid for bookings made before [insert date here].

3. Additional Offers:
   - Customers who pair flooring installation with interior painting services will receive an additional 5% off labor costs for the combined services.
   - Discounts cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.

5. Service Scope:
